From survey to stacking in days
Four steps, and we handle every one of them.
1. Survey
We visit your Hamilton or GTA facility, review your SKUs, case sizes, line rates and floor layout. You get a clear picture of what a robot cell can handle before you commit to anything.
2. Design
We design the cell around your line: pallet patterns, safety zoning, infeed and outfeed. Everything is simulated against your real throughput numbers.
3. Install & commission
Our team installs and commissions the cell in days, typically during a planned shutdown or weekend. Your operators are trained on day one.
4. Operate & maintain
We monitor, maintain and adjust the cell for you, including pattern changeovers for new SKUs. If something needs attention, it's our problem, not yours.
